The Cascador ScaleUp Program is a 12-week leadership and business development experience designed for entrepreneurs building companies with real traction.
The program combines in-person and virtual sessions, mentorship and peer learning to help founders strengthen both their leadership and their companies.
Participants return to their businesses with clearer strategy, stronger networks and greater readiness to scale.

2026 Program Dates
- Program kickoff: Aug 17–30 (Remote)
- In-person Intensive: Aug 31-Sept 11
- Virtual Program Sessions: Sept 14-Oct 30
- Program Close & Pitch Competition: Nov 2-6
Application Process
- Cohort limited to 12 entrepreneurs
- Accepting applications for Cascador 2026 until June 15th at 11:59 PM WAT.
- Semi-finalists will submit financial documents and due diligence forms by end of June.
- Finalists will be interviewed.
- Accepted cohort members will be notified by August 1st.

Cascador’s $2M Catalytic Fund: A Path to Growth Capital
Cascador alumni who complete our program become eligible to apply for funding from our $2M annual Catalytic Fund .
Launched in May 2025, this fund provides a tailored mix of debt, equity, guarantees, and collateral investments in partnership with Sterling Bank. Selected alumni will present at our exclusive Pitch Day event, where investment decisions are made.
